what is the lead time on an infinity ribbon microphone?

Lead time on each microphone varies from 1-3 months as they are hand-crafted and depend heavily on volume of orders. We always work to process the orders as quickly as possible and if parts are stocked we aim to build and ship within about 2 weeks. Despite this, we strive to maintain the highest standard of build quality and commit to delight every customer with their microphone.

Do you ship to my country?

Worldwide* express shipping is available as standard via DHL!

*Parcelforce for Republic of Ireland & Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

will I have to pay customs charges?

As the customer you are liable for any import charge/expense should it be the customs policy of your country. This information can be sought out on your relevant government website.

 

Please note that you are importing from Northern Ireland, not Great Britain, and as such EU customers will not have to pay duty: see here.

Are ribbon microphones fraGile?

Yes. Used correctly they will serve for many many years, hassle free, but they are susceptible to damage from falls and direct puffs of air. This is why a LIFETIME WARRANTY is offered as standard with our ribbon microphones.

LIFETIME WARRANTY?

Yes! Ribbon repairs will be completed absolutely free of charge to the original owner of the microphone. The only charge incurred is the cost of return shipping and handling. Repairs will be carried out quickly & returned as fast as possible.
