We work to process the orders as quickly as possible and if parts are stocked we aim to build and ship within about 2 weeks, however, the lead time on each microphone can be 1-3 months as they are hand-crafted and depend heavily on volume of orders. Despite this, we strive to maintain the highest standard of build quality and commit to delight every customer with their microphone. For your most accurate estimate, contact us below!
If a microphone arrives in any way damaged, I will bear the cost of shipping to repair/replace the item. I leave a 2 week window open for the evaluation of your microphone, after which it could be assumed that damages incurred are resultant of misuse, and not shipping.
I offer a 2 week return policy provided the microphone is returned in a saleable condition. The cost of initial & return shipping and transaction fees will not be refunded in the eventuality of a return.
