Infinity Ribbon Microphone
Lifetime Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to the Infinity Ribbon Microphone (hereinafter referred to as "Product") manufactured and distributed by Barkley Microphones. Barkley Microphones warrants that the ribbon element of the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
Warranty Period:
The Warranty Period is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of original purchase (sales receipt or other evidence) is required to validate the warranty.
What is Covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship of the ribbon element under normal use.

Repair or replacement of the defective ribbon element, at Barkley Microphones’s discretion.
What is Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear due to use, including natural degradation of the ribbon element over time.

Aesthetic damages such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the Product.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, repairs, alterations, or maintenance.

Damage resulting from accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, liquids, or chemicals.

Damage due to improper packaging or mishandling during shipping to [Your Company Name].

Any issues caused by using the Product outside its intended purposes or specifications.
Customer Responsibilities for Warranty Service:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including taxes, duties, and any additional fees resulting from incorrect return documentation.

To prevent additional costs, ensure all shipping documents are filled out correctly, and clearly indicate that the Product is being returned for warranty service.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, please contact Barkley Microphones. You will need to provide:

Proof of original purchase (receipt or invoice).

A description of the problem or defect with the ribbon element.

A return authorization number (if applicable) provided by Customer Support.
Warranty Service Process:

Upon receipt and inspection of the Product, Barkley Microphones will determine if the ribbon element is defective.

If a defect is confirmed, Barkley Microphones will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective ribbon element within a reasonable time.

The repaired or replaced ribbon element will be covered under this warranty for the remainder of the original purchaser’s lifetime.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Barkley Microphones, including any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may arise from incorrectly filled-out return documentation.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Barkley Microphones’s liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective ribbon element. Barkley Microphones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, or loss of data, whether based on breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise.
Disclaimer:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. To the extent that this warranty is inconsistent with local law, this warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with such local law.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of [N. Ireland/UK], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
